I need a form/frame made up for an upholstery project. I have done a mock-up but what I can’t do is create rounded corners. square. 600mm wide (per side) x 180mm height X2 panels with grooves. X2 panels are straight cut. Approx 25mm radius corners. Either to be done with ideally 7mm plywood but if it makes it easier, 10mm is fine.
